Paris Bridal Outlet offers designer bridal gowns, bridal headpieces, dresses for the mother-of-the-bride and groom, formal and special occasion attire, for up to 80% off retail prices!

The customer is responsible for the size, color, and any other specifications of their order. Once an order is submitted, a confirmation email from Paris Bridal Outlet will be sent within 48 hours. The customer can modify or cancel their order before the confirmation email has been sent. Once the order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed.

Return Policy
Paris Bridal Outlet cannot assume responsibility for what the customer orders. We verify that all orders are correct prior to shipment to the customer. If a customer should receive merchandise different from what they ordered, they must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order, otherwise no remedies will be considered.

If the merchandise is damaged during shipping, please contact Paris Bridal Outlet within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise for further instructions.

If the customer wishes to return the merchandise, the customer must contact Paris Bridal Outlet within 48 hours of receiving the order. The customer will be given the return shipping address and instructions. The merchandise is to be shipped within 2 - 3 days of delivery and be returned to Paris Bridal Outlet within 7 business days (10 days for international orders). A $50 restocking fee will be charged to the customer for all returned merchandise.

Ordering
We offer three convenient ways to place an order: online, fax, or telephone.

(a) Ordering Online
Orders may be placed on our website using the secure online order form, which allows you to make your payment online. Please be assured that any information you submit is handled in the strictest confidence. Upon receipt of your order you will receive a confirmation of your order within 48 hours. The confirmation will verify the style, size, color, quantity, and the estimated shipping time.

(b) Fax
Orders can also be placed by fax. Simply print out the online order form and then fax the completed form to 905.604.0200. A confirmation of your order will be sent to you within 48 hours of our receipt of your fax.

(c) Telephone
Orders can also be submitted by telephone. Call us locally at 905.477.7771 or toll-free at 1.888.477.1742. A confirmation of your order will be sent to you within 48 hours of your phone call.

Confirmations
A confirmation of your order will be sent to you within 48 hours of our receipt of your order. The confirmation will verify the style, size, color, quantity, and the estimated shipping of your purchase.

Payment Procedure
Payment of your order is due in full at the point of purchase. We do not offer any payment plans. Paris Bridal Outlet accepts Visa, Master Card and Paypal, and can be paid through our secured online payment method. Paris Bridal Outlet cannot refund any portion of your payment or accommodate any exchanges.

Shipping
The shipping fee will be displayed during the online ordering process. All shipping addresses must be specific and complete. Any changes to the shipping address must be made prior to our shipment of your order. Packages are shipped within FedEx and cannot be delivered to post office boxes. All parcels must be signed for at the time of delivery. We suggest the use of an appropriate shipping address where an authorized signature can be obtained. Please note that our shipping rates cover our cost to ship your order. It does not cover any customs or duty charges a country may impose on the receiver of the package.

Selecting a Size
Please refer to the size charts provided. It is important that you follow the chart to decide on the appropriate size. Please keep in mind that the measurements are taken to determine the closest size to be ordered and that the gown will not be custom-made to the exact measurements. Almost every gown will need some adjustment and/or alteration. The customer is responsible for the size ordered. Paris Bridal Outlet cannot assume responsibility for measurements.

Colors
Colors can differ from how they are posted on the website since computer monitors do vary. The customer is responsible for the color that is ordered.

Swatches
We do not have swatches available to send out to customers.

Delivery
Shipping dates are tentative and subject to change. Please be aware that the gowns and dresses on our website are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and inventory is updated daily.

When to Order
Your order should be placed as far in advance of your wedding date as possible. This will allow for more than enough time for shipping and any alterations if necessary.

Arrival Of Order
A shipping confirmation will be sent to you verifying that the order has been shipped. Please allow 7 - 10 business days for domestic delivery and 7 - 14 business days for international deliveries, dependent on customs. Upon arrival of your order, kindly inspect your merchandise immediately. If you have any questions regarding your merchandise, you must contact us within 48 hours. Please be aware that we will automatically charge $100.00 if an order is refused upon delivery to their specified shipping address.

Special Offers
Paris Bridal Outlet periodically features special offers. All special offers adhere to the policies listed in Terms & Conditions herein and to any specific restrictions as posted on the offer. Special offers cannot be applied to previous or existing orders or used in conjunction with any other offer. Online offers are not available on purchases made in our Paris Boutique store. We reserve the right to discontinue and or alter special offers at any time without notice.
